Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or valid order confirmation through the payment method selected at checkout.
Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. SMARA Jewellery does not store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order where a payment is unsuccessful, appears irregular or requires additional verification.
5. Orders & Product Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee product availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed by SMARA Jewellery.
Product availability may change due to inventory limitations or other circumstances.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, we may contact you regarding an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
SMARA Jewellery aims to dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours.
We offer free shipping across India.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination pincode and courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery and are subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
Returns and exchanges are not automatically available for change of mind or personal preference.
Products must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, including being unused and unworn and having the required original packaging, tags and accessories.

8. Jewellery Care & Usage
SMARA Jewellery products are designed for everyday wear and may be marketed as anti-tarnish, waterproof or skin-safe, depending on the product.
To maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery for longer, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to perfumes, chemicals and harsh substances and storing jewellery properly when not in use.
Product performance and longevity may vary depending on individual usage, exposure and care.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
